CIS CardioConnect

CIS CardioConnect is an application developed for CIS patients to monitor their healthcare. This platform allows patients the ability to track and monitor their vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate and weight. Patients can also communicate with CIS directly to request appointments, medication refills, or to send a message to their healthcare provider. Patients can also view their clinical summaries and lab results from the app. CIS CardioConnect gives you direct access to your cardiac care.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. General bug fixes and performance improvements.
