I have too many things competing for my attention and I don't know what to work on first. Some tasks have deadlines so they feel urgent, some are actually important but keep getting pushed back because there's no deadline forcing me to do them, and small stuff piles up as mental clutter even though it's not that important.
I've tried the Eisenhower matrix but when almost everything I do is 'urgent and important,' the matrix just collapses into a regular to-do list and stops helping me decide anything.
