Everyone thinks friday is stressful because the restaurant is busy but for me it's because that's when everyone suddenly remembers they swapped shifts, stayed late or covered for someone else By the time payroll comes around I'm piecing together conversations from texts and trying to remember what happened It works but doesn't at the same time.
