ADHD: How do you get started when your brain just won’t engage?

Does anyone else with ADHD ever feel physically incapable of focusing, even when you want to work? I’m not procrastinating because I don’t care. I genuinely want to get things done, but it’s like my brain keeps bouncing off every task. I’ll open a document, read the same sentence three times, switch tabs, check my phone, remember something unrelated, and suddenly 30 minutes have disappeared. The frustrating part is that I know exactly what I need to do. The issue isn’t knowing the work, it’s getting my brain to engage with it. What has actually worked for you when you’re stuck in this mode? Not general productivity advice, but things that help you go from “staring at the screen” to actually getting started
